Half Day Friday Registration $60

Symposium registration covers attendance at pre-symposium field trips, all symposium events,  Thursday evening appetizers, Friday breakfast and lunch, and all coffee and snack breaks.

  • Early bird registration is open to the first 40 registrants

  • This year we are offering a half day ticket that allows trades people and contractors to attend 2 workshop sessions Friday afternoon, beer ticket included.

  • We will offer full registration refunds minus $25 fee until 1 August 2025

  • We will offer a 50% refund until 15 October 2025

  • No refunds will be provided after 15 October 2025

  • If you're a student and find the registration price out of your budget, please get in touch to see how we ensure your participation.

  • Yes! The Symposium is hosted at The Malcolm Hotel in Canmore, and attendees are invited to book discounted rooms with our unique booking code and link. When available, you’ll find this information on the “Attendee Info” Page.

  • If you would like to contribute to the event beyond attendance in 2026, please come talk to us at the event, or contact us from November onwards. We’d love to hear from you and discuss how you can play a larger role in the 2026 Symposium. Please tell us a bit about yourself, include relevant links and information, and indicate how you are hoping to participate.

  • Yes! The 2023 and 2024 archives are now available for you to access. See the “Past Events” tab in the website’s menu and to access past session details, session archives, photos, programs, and more.

  • The event is hosted in the Spring Creek neighbourhood of Canmore, which is just steps away from the downtown core. There are plenty of food, beverage, and entertainment options within Spring Creek and minutes away. See our “Attendee Information” page for details.
