The Alberta Ecotrust Foundation Retrofit Accelerator program supports building owners and operators in the development of Deep Energy Retrofit plans. Attendees of this workshop will be introduced to how RA Coaching services work, how they interact with incentives, some examples from Alberta.
Jessica Lajoie
Jessica Lajoie, P.Eng. is an impact investment professional with Alberta Ecotrust Foundation, where she leads initiatives that accelerate building retrofits, renewable energy, and other low-carbon solutions across Alberta. With a background in greenhouse gas quantification and community-focused climate action, Jessica works at the intersection of investment and environmental impact by helping to unlock capital for projects that reduce emissions and build resilient, affordable communities.
Leanne Komaromi
Leanne Komaromi is a Retrofit Accelerator Program Specialist at Alberta Ecotrust where she leads decarbonization and climate resiliency of Alberta's buildings by working directly with owners to develop deep energy retrofit plans for their Alberta-based portfolios. With a background in sustainability and climate change mitigation, her focus is on finding financially-feasible pathways for climate action in the building sector and developing strong business cases for retrofits in the Alberta market.
